When you are setting up your spreadsheet, there are a couple of things to keep in mind when naming your columns (the first row in your spreadsheet).
Make them descriptive. You will be using these column names in shortcodes, so they should be descriptive of whatever is in that column.
Make them one word. Shortcodes can get hung up on spaces, hyphens, and special characters. Best practice is to make your column headers all lowercase and one word with no spaces or other non-alphanumerical characters.
