If you encounter a “Loading error…” message when trying to display a value from a shortcode, there could be a few causes.
Your Google Spreadsheet URL field in the main plugin settings menu is blank or invalid. Navigate to the main plugin settings menu and paste in a valid spreadsheet URL.
Your shortcode is not properly formatted. Check your shortcode to make sure you have the proper attributes and everything is spelled correctly.
The column name does not exist in your Google Sheets spreadsheet. Your shortcode could be referencing a column that does not exist in your spreadsheet. Check for misspellings in your shortcode column attribute or Google Sheets spreadsheet.
The row number does not exist in your Google Sheets spreadsheet. Your shortcode could be referencing a row that does not have any data in your spreadsheet.
